A daily fishing license (£4) can be obtained from the local
hardware store for use on the nearby River Braid, regularly
stocked with brown trout, dollaghan fry and salmon. Daily
licences can be obtained in the village.
Golfing
Ballymena Golf Course, situated half a mile from the B&B,
is a relatively flat course with numerous bunkers. Visitors

Ballymena Rugby Club is situated less than a mile from the
B&B, and has matches every weekend, with cricket played in
the summer.

Only 100 mtrs from local restaurants / bars, and take away
services. The local bar has achieved the title of "The Best
